"Personnel trĂšs accueil au tĂ©lĂ©phone, aucun problĂšme la dessus. Malheureusement, l'h ĂŽtel est trĂšs mal insonorisĂ© phonĂ©tiquement mais thermique Ă©galement. Les radiateurs doivent ĂȘtre bloquĂ©s car malgrĂ© la hausse de tempĂ©rature demandĂ© il faisait trĂšs froid dans la chambre. La porte fermĂ©e Ă clĂ© laissait passĂ©e beaucoup d'air froid!!! Voir photo avec le jour qui passe alors que la porte est fermĂ©e"

"Two of us stayed one night, staff were friendly and rooms comfortable. Quite rural location with ample parking, they even locked our motorbikes in a garage for the night. Breakfast was very basic but adequate. Didnât have dinner but looked like a busy popular restaurant. Made an excellent stopover."

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. TrÚs mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms⊠un Mercure⊠attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol.
Une fois arrivĂ© au Mercure 4*⊠TĂ©lĂ©vision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking Ă 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB⊠pour un surclassement en 4 Ă©toiles⊠câest limite⊠trĂšs limite. Il faudrait penser Ă se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux Ă©tablissements ; a fuir, next....

"What an amazing stay. Christope and Patrick were so warm and kind. Hugo the dog is absolutely beautiful and also a wonderful host - The best boi ever. They have renovated the chĂąteau beautifully. Everything is perfection - they have wonderful taste. They have thought of so many little touches to make your stay absolutely wonderful. The food there is top notch, and great drinks list that is well priced. I can not wait to go back. Do yourself a favour and book it. "
