"We like the hotel and would stay here again. The bed was super comfortable, the view was great and everyone was friendly. Also, great breakfast. My only two complaints was having to buy bottled water. I wish they had big jugs to refill like other hotels. I don’t mind paying, just hate using all the plastic. Also, the hot water heater didn’t work. We got massages at hotel and they were fantastic !"

"Situation idéale : à deux pas de la gare routière et de même pour la plage. Quand je suis arrivée, je n'ai pas eu la bonne chambre (ventilateur à la place de la clim). Cons: Our bidet was leaking water from the hose connection which caused the room to smell badly of sewage, hotel staff were able to fix it after the first night. Breakfast was mediocre with limited options included. Birds kept landing on the serving utensils at buffet breakfast, not sure how they could prevent that but not the cleanliest. "we had a very bad experience at this hotel. Indeed, when we arrived the room was not clean, the sheets were stained with blood... everything you consume on site (water, coffee) is excessively overcharged. At the end of our stay we also had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay an additional $40 for finding a broken lamp in the room (value $3). The hotel owner threatened to keep our passports if we didn't pay and threatened us with having problems with the premises. Total scam!"
