The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower in the dark. Overall a 3.8/5.

Minha estadia no hotel foi muito boa. O atendimento foi excelente, os funcionários sempre muito atenciosos. A limpeza do quarto e das áreas comuns estava impecável, o que tornou tudo bem confortável. O restaurante também merece elogios: a comida estava saborosa, variedade suficiente, bom horário e equipe simpática. O único ponto que deixou a desejar foi a TV do quarto nenhum app como Netflix ou outros funcionavam, o que é ruim quando se quer descansar assistindo algo. No geral, recomendo o hotel pelos funcionários, limpeza e restaurante vale muito. Se arrumarem essa questão da TV, será uma experiência ainda melhor.

Não tenho reclamação quanto ao hotel, atendimento dos funcionários, apenas achei o restaurante muito fraco no atendimento pedi um drinks sem álcool o rapaz não soube fazer e pedimos uma cerveja sem álcool pro meu esposo estarmos esperando até hoje por esse motivo tô dando menor nota ao hotel,pois já fiquei outras vezes lá e o atendimento do restaurante era muito cordial
