Personal de atención con poca formación. Falta de uniformidad en platos unos buenos otros malos. No aclaran el precio del bufete al tipo de cambio ya que si se paga con tarjeta el cambio es exagerado y el extrajero no lleva bolívares. El tiempo de traer un plato de la carta es demasiado y no preparan la mesa. Hay que estar pidiendo todo.

Reanissance Caracas is a modern and confortable hotel. Check in process is really slow mainly de to poor trained clerks. Check out at lobby bar is as slow as at counter's Aside of these situations hotel is moderno and well located. Rooms are clean and confortable. IT offers a good buffet breakfast.

El hotel es muy bueno y la ubicacion exdelente. Lo unico malo es la atencion del personal, que si bien es muy amable son muy lentos y el restaurante tiene una carta muy pobre.
