really bad services they wont even pick up the phone from reception . They wont give you any information. Really bad how come you Expedia can advertise anything from that hotel. Very disapinted

Hotel really O.K., except breakfast!

This hotel is really O.K. Friendly, helpful people at reception. Big, comfortable room with many drawers and big wardrobe. Excellent cleaning. The only thing that was far below the level it should be, was the breakfast.

Buen servicio mal Internet

El servicio muy bueno, las personas son amables y dispuestas a colaborar. A pesar de que perdí el control del TV en la recepción no me cobraron por ello. Sin embargo, el Internet sólo funciona en la recepción y en el restaurante y esto es una molestia.

전체적으로 무척 실망스러웠음. 객실과 건물 자체는 나쁘지않았으나 객실관리나 서비스가 최악이었음. 출장자로서 객실에서 와이파이가 되지않아 너무 불편했고, 객실내 금고는 고장나 작동이 되지않아서 수리요청을 했으나 퇴실때까지 시정되지않았으며, 조식도 너무 열악했음. 개인적으로 커피를 좋아하는데 커피가 없어서 제공을 받지못한 유일한 호텔이었음. 최근의 어려운 경제사정으로인한 일시적인 문제일지는 모르겠으나 현재로서는 다시 묵고싶지않음.

Mijn ervaring met dit hotel was. Kamer was uitstekend, alleen het eten was zeer bizar en slecht. Ik raad aan daar verblijven en buiten de deur eten. Ee is een goede Chinees in de buurt.

Hotel liegt in einer verkehrsreichen Zone

Durch hohes Verkehrsaufkommen war das Hotel schwer zu errreichen. Das 1. Zimmer was uns angeboten wurde stank nach Schweiß. Frühstück mangelhaft, an einem Tag fiel das Früstück aus, es war ausverkauft. Es fiel uns nicht schwer, obwohl bezahlt, das Hotel vorzeitig zu verlassen.

para mejorar un servicio costoso

En realidad llegar es fácil, pero en cuanto a mi experiencia se ve que no habian cambiado las sabanas tenia cabellos de otras personas y otras impurezas, en cuanto al agua ademas de ubicarla en otros pisos su sabor no es puro por otra parte la unica vez que fui al desayuno no había lo ofrecido y las frutas estaban marchitas.

Comparado com o resto, é bom.

Tinha boa acomodação, a limpeza estava mais ou menos. Não tinha agua quente no chuveiro e o WIFI é pessimo no quarto. No geral, comparando com a cidade que tinha falta de água e de produtos basicos (papel higienico por exemplo), até que o hotel esta bom.

buena la atención

La atención fue buena por parte del personal, sin embargo es necesario habilitar la puerta de entrada ELECTRONICAMENTE o tener personal disponible para abrir la puerta cuando llegue el huésped, toda vez que es incomodo llegar uno con las maletas y no encontrar quien las reciba. Por lo demás muy bueno
