"The location and style of the hotel was great! Very modern and I appreciate their signage to support marginalized groups, The staff was hot and cold. Dome were very friendly and helpful and some were too distracted or uninterested in good customer service. All and all it was a good stay!"

"2nd time staying with Hotel Ylem and both for NRG events. Hotel Ylem has become our go-to hotel when in Houston for its convenience, cleanliness, and hospitality. The shuttle to and from NRG is a plus! I always book with Hotel Ylem ASAP because they do sell out for big events."
