They do a turn down service with fresh towels. The best asset to this hotel is the amazing view, you are at the top of a huge cliff in Anacapri facing the ocean, Napoli and Sorrento. The only con is the hotel is on a busy street neighboring a children sports camp and can be noisy all day. It’s about 10-15 minute walking distance to restaurants and shopping. "
