"We stayed here 2 nights. We opted to be picked up with our bags via their shuttle as we didn't know the area. The room was probably the most spotless room I've ever stayed in. It's like it was a brand new space. The patio was beautiful and the location is a short walk to the bus line to access Capri and the marina. The AnaCapri old town was walkable from there too! "The stay was wonderful. Arriving late due to ferry cancellation/rescheduling, the staff were very attentive. Immediately helping with dinner reservations, ensuring our luggage was delivered by the porter service and making sure every ask was promptly taken care of. On our day of departure, all ferries were cancelled due to weather and without hesitation the Villa Francesco team jumped into action and arranged for a car service to Sorrento. Our next visit to Positano we will definitely stay here again. Oh by the way, the breakfast and room service were excellent."
