Lorenzo was very welcoming and cooked us a delicious Tuscan dinner every night. We also loved his beautiful dog and two cats who made our stay extra nice! The room was sprakling clean and very cozy. "Our room should have been cleaner. The tub was dirty and there was some dust on the switches. The patio door was open when we checked in.. The room location was not good as we looked out onto a patio that looked like an employee smoking area. The carpets in the hotel were old and in some areas thread bare. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station, so the location is convenient."
