"Als wir ankamen wurden wir von dem Besitzer herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns wurde die komplette Anlage gezeigt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und landestypisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch mit Süßem und Herzhaftem. Täglich wurde ein neuer Frühstückskuchen herbei gezaubert. "We stayed as a family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value. My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."

"Great clean inviting hotel with amazing common spaces. Greatly appreciate it being just a smidge outside of the chaos that is the historic city center. You definitely have an extra 15-20 minute walk to get to the primary tourist destinations, but after a day of the Uffizi to Ponte Vecchio to Academia human conveyer belt, a little calming walk back to the Hoxton was a welcome and wonderful retreat. Great hotel!"

"It wasn't breakfast included. For the amount paid, the expectation would be to have breakfast included. Food expensive, but decent taste. It was not clear from the description for an English speaking traveler that this is a camping spot. The towels were smelly. There was a wet towel already inside the bathroom on the shower flower. No space to leave that towel. The person at the reception wasn't really welcoming. We stayed at other hotels where customer service was so pleasant, cared, small things matter. I get that Italian is the first language. But most tourists are English speaking. So having details and communication in English would show that you cared. "

"Disappointing experience over 6 nights. Despite having paid for one of the most expensive rooms, they gave us a room directly over the lounge and restaurant. Room consistently smelled like a campfire, due to the chimney from the restaurant. One night they threw a private party with a DJ where the music was so loud it made our floor vibrate until after midnight. Said the manager ‘would find a way to compensate us’ and then when we checked out they refused to. "
