"The front office staff were excellent! The room lacked amenities for a 4 star hotel, like an iron, the room was not sound proof an I could hear the neighbors intimate sounds. The parking was very good and the availability of electric charging was a plus. The area around was a bit dirty. I had sigarette butts on my balcony for three days. I believe this us a great 3sfar hotel and the staff and their hospitality is the best aspect of this hotel "

"Beautiful outstanding place a good drive out of Rome but if you’re wanting quiet, actual Italian culture being an American felt safe very cozy little town however, the hotel did not have Wi-Fi only in the lobby. "Loved the hotel, but, the down sides were:- To have a shower you had to climb into a jacuzzi bath, the sides were quite high The restaurant wasn’t open, which no big deal as the restaurants in the town superb. The bar was closed. Told originally because it was May Day, but it never opened. It would have been nice to have a drink with our friends there"

We booked this resort because it was a good value and walkable to Hadrian’s Villa. If you don’t have a car, you will need to arrange transport to Villa d’Estes - which was a surprisingly delightful visit. We came for Hadrian’s place, thought it wa great; but we’re blown away by the gardens and fountains at Villa...
