"Good service, friendly and very helpful for advice and recommandations from the staff. Breakfast is typical italian with a lot of sweets, coffee is very good and friendly staff at breakfast as well. "
"This is an AgriTourismo establishment built around a working vineyard. The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. There is also a jacuzzi pool. Adjacent to these is an open-air bar where breakfast is served as well as drinks during the day/evening. The main section houses a covered bar/restaurant. "Renovated rooms are nice-they have a lot of events there so loud music till midnight-really nice pool area and bar-they have loungers on the cliffs but you have to pay extra to use them. Good breakfast-Would stay there again."
"I loved staying at this establishment. The breakfast was wonderful and included in the price. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again."
"Absolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldn’t eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!"
"Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing.
The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself.
There are many things available to do at the resort: spa facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc.
The food was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a relaxing atmosphere for their trip."
"Great stay overall! The two pools were relaxing, free parking was a big plus, and breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. Special thanks to Raphael, super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Still a beautiful and peaceful spot to unwind in Sicily!"
"Best of everything. Traditional, beach across the road, restaurant options close by and 20min drive to Taormina. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff and surroundings. "

"Great location and safe. Great staff. Very professional and fast. Rooms are nice. Beautiful architecture and decor. A very good place to stay in the middle of the city. "
"A good stay. Hotel is really close to the main train station, which is welcome after a long trip. Check in was efficient & friendly. Room wasn't the biggest but was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was actually quite large, again very clean. Shower was double sized and had great water pressure. Air con was good & powerful. There was an outside sitting area (shared) which was really nice. Breakfast was included in the rate, which I was surprised at because the rate was such good value. It was a buffet style and the seating areas for eating were really nice. The coffee was made for you, fresh - a nice touch. The area it was in was a bit sketchy, to be honest. It was totally fine if you were coming from the train station, but I then went out to find a bar and went further on in the same direction. It wasn't great, so I bought a couple of beers to go and went back to the room. Also, the hotel didn't have a bottle owner.....bear that in mind.
It's essentially an "old fashioned" hotel. Cleaners, reception, decor, breakfast service. All very welcome when lots of hotels say they're "coming up with innovative solutions" when in fact they're just cost cutting. This place isn't that.
I would definitely stay there again though. The value, the outside areas and the good standard of cleanliness makes it an easy decision."
