"Overall a nice experience. A couple of observations though: the room sevice breakfast was cold and you needed to call and ask for butter for your toast. For a 5 star establiahment, it should be a given and provided with your breakfast including a selection of jams, jellies or spreads . Another criticism is that different staff constantly asked if everythjng was okay every few minutes while i was having dinner in the tea rooms. This became very annoying. Also, 2 different wait staff asked...

"Hotel provided upgrade to suite after previous stay was less than comfortable. Staff were amazing and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Small issue with the TV which would not stay off, lighting up the bedroom randomly. Had to disconnect the power. Maintenance not able to resolve."

"We had a lovely stay. Rooms were large and clean. Hotel was quiet and easy to get to. We didnt have a lot to do with many staff, but those we did were excellent. Would stay again! "

"We booked the entry level room category which was still nice & spacious. Bathroom, carpet & walls looked clean, our bed throw had a few stains but the bed sheets and pillows were pristine white and smelled clean. Shower head is set pretty high up, I could just reach it, lol. But water pressure was good and there's lots of space on the bathroom vanity to spread out your product if needed. Our room was on level 2 and didn't get any disturbances from the wedding party down stairs. The wilson...
