"Great apartment for a family stay. Had everything we needed and was comfy, with good AC. Kids loved the pool and playpark. 10 min walk to beach and 10 mins to a Mercadona (big supermarket, to avoid the pricier small shops). Very happy to recommend. "

"Nothing going on at the hotel, restaurants weren’t open, no entertainment! 2 lovely pool areas with not enough umbrellas and one without access to a bar. The hotel itself is nice, staff are friendly and it’s convenient for both the parks and Salou centre. "
"Lovely property, great rooms - amazing pool. VERY standard food options and the bar was not very atmospheric. The staff I met were lovely though and really wanted us to relax. Concierge and management were completely the opposite though and very rude, even at check in.
I’d go back just for the staff and the guests we met who come year on year - I would eat outside though "

"Good for the cheap price. Room is average, has all that it needs, even a fridge which you usually don’t get. Breakfast was ok, had a good selection of cakes and pastries, fridge full of yoghurts and usual Scrambled egg, bacon and beans. No one at the pool due to it being so cold as in shaded area, entertainment was in resort 1 although we didn’t stick around hotel due to many things planned during our stay. It’s in a good area, not too long of a walk to the beach, many restaurants nearby. You have a choice for main beach or there’s a small beach if you go to the left, it all links up and a nice walk. Would definitely go here again for a cheap stay "

Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round.
Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning.

The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only.

"We are just back from Alannia Salou. We were travelling with two kids. Both extremely happy, mainly because of the pool facilities in Alannia. Overall, we’re very satisfied. The properties were very clean. Staff extremely kind and helpful. Great range of foods representing lots of different cuisines, so basically everyone could find something for themselves. What we really liked was the staff taking great care of cleanliness. Our room was cleaned daily, including change of towels. The animators were extremely talented so gave us a great time in the evenings. Overall, very happy. Thank you Alannia! "
