On the day of arrival, while we were downstairs for dinner after a long flight, the staff entered the room for turn-down service — and 1000 Rand went missing from my bag. Instead of taking the matter seriously, management simply offered me a drink as compensation, which felt dismissive and completely inadequate given the situation. "Amazing service, views, access to the cliffs and town. The rooms were comfortable and quiet! We would highly recommend and would not consider staying anywhere else. So accommodating and friendly, service with a smile. Spa was great and very reasonable! Definitely do at least one dinner with their chef who customized meals to freshest available! Only wish we could have stayed longer!"
