"I enjoyed the convenience to the shops and road to CBD, however, my booking was mixed up , the room I got is not the one I paid for and had to complain and the second day was moved to a better room but sill was not the one I booked and paid for. I tried to explain this to the owners of the place and because was traveling with my wife and a 5 months old daughter we could not cancel the booking."

I booked two private rooms and they tried to make me share a room with another guest. I refused because I paid more to have my own room. "On arrival in Cape Town after a long road trip from Port Elizabeth, we were greeted with a rather unfriendly comment about not being rugby fans as we arrived during the last five minutes of a rugby game. "Loved our room and the entire hotel. I believe there were only 2 other guest rooms occupied when we were there in late March 2026. Breakfast was delightful and Rizea was particularly nice to pack us a to go breakfast when we needed to leave early in the morning on our first day there.
