This property was nice to visit although signage is a bit of a struggle. Also, check in process was through housekeepers (who are amazing and friendly). This would be good for a couple who have a car but not as a solo traveler.

This property is a real gem. The staff were friendly and communicated well. The term “free breakfast“ does not do justice to the delicious meal provided. Best coffee of my entire vacation. Being able to have some laundry done while we stayed was extremely helpful. The beds were very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say. Thank you so much.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Kapstadt

Es hat alles gut geklappt , Am Anfang gab es Probleme mit dem Internet , wurde aber am nächsten Tag schnell gelöst. Das Frühstück hätte etwas ausreichender sein können . Gut war es das wir später aus checken konnten , da unser Flug nach Frankfurt erst gegen Abend statt fand .

Exceptional service

Wonderful service - my Mums 1st trip to SA & she had to stay at a different hotel to us, I asked the staff at the Southern Light to look after my Mum & they outdid themselves. Lovely place & exceptional staff. Constantia is quiet so you need to be able to drive or catch a cab to get lunch & dinner. Thank you.

Beautiful location

We spent 10 days at this beautifully located B&B. The gardens are very well kept and a pleasure to look at. We had out breakfast on the terrace each morning with a view of the gardens, listening to the birds singing. Rooms are tastefully furnished and to a good standard.
