Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room very comfortable. Beds are great for quality sleep and rooms could be aired a bit more prior to guest occupation. There are some decor issues here and there with small faults i.e. items removed off walls and holes not repaired, shower configuration, handheld to overhead not working ideally etc. but overall, I was made to feel very welcome and looked after and enjoyed my stay very much.
Loved my stay looked after by everyone my second home. The staff like family made me comfortable, relaxed and stress free . Thank you all have happy new year xxx Joan

Disliked: Staff & service
We arrived straight off a plane wanting to go to the cricket next door. We were told that there had been a "system error" and that we couldn't stay there. We were being moved to a different hotel nearer the city centre. The whole point of booking this hotel was that it is 5 minutes walk from the ground. With the game starting in 20 minutes, we would have missed the first 2 hours had we gone then. We were grudgingly given a temporary room in which to change and shower. After the game finished we went back to the hotel and a taxi driver turned up to take us to the new hotel. When he was told where it was he said he was not happy taking us there as the area was very rough. Indeed the hotel was also more like a backpackers hotel. I rang the Radisson saying this was completely unacceptable and they said they would work something else out. After half an hour sitting in the taxi in the rough neighborhood (exhausted having not seen a bed for 36 hours) we were eventually told to go to the Radisson Blu in the CBD (where we were welcomed and well treated with a good room). At no stage did the manager of the Park Inn emerge to help the staff who were really struggling and had to keep referring back to him/her. Really really poor.
Friendly staff. Gluten free bread at breakfast!
Great location and free parking!

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Satisfactory, rather than impressive
It was satisfactory for a 3.5 star establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Main observation is some of the accommodation elements seem a but run down.
Stay was comfortable. Parking is very convenient, both in the underground car park or in the carpark in front of the hotel. There is also a bar and restaurant.
Good position for our needs. Good security when going to your room. Staff very happy and pleasant . Hotel was clean and great bathroom amenities. WiFI excellent . Room is quite funky with dim lights to suit the needs. Hotel floor very quite for a very busy period. Liked the fresh drinks available on arrival. Outside very nice and comfortable with a pool . Relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast recommend the eggs benedict. Excellent . Liked the tea coffee station and the types of teas. Dinner was enjoyable off the menu. Great breakfast offering for the runners in the foyer but only saw it when I went down to the race. Perhaps a note when checking in ? Look forward to staying there again .
Average. Housekeeping very slow. Bed uncomfortable. Good food! Good breakfast and coffee.

Comfortable, but very standard
The room was very standard. Housekeeping extremely slow. Uncomfortable bed (2 single beds pushed together, kept moving apart). Took ages to get housekeeping to improve this, however they were very friendly and fast when they did eventually come. Shower did not work properly for changing between shower heads, wash basin's drain blocked. TV had no signal, however tech was fast and friendly in fixing. Food always very good. Coffee improved since last stay, thank you! Front desk staff not very welcoming. Friendly bar and breakfast staff.
My over stay was amazing. The front desk staff are so very professional and friendly. What stood out for me was the number of deaf staff working at the hotel, Matthews,Shamiel and Andile were great. Keep up the good work of uplifting the lives of the people with hard of hearing. I will definitely come back to this hotel.you have ubuntu.
