The hotel location was safe and quiet. The hotel itself was modern witb a gym and pool, very clean and amenities. The staff were very curteous and friendly wirh prompt response. The breakfast is buffet with great and varied options. The spa..massage is something to definitely soak into The hotel is family friendly, we stayed for a week and enjoyed it. We would go back in a heart beat!! It offers an amazing experience at an affordable cost

The room itself was lovely. small suite 2 Bedrooms Lovely spot and staff OK No chair in large double room All 3 wardrobe doors sqeaked badly. Reported 4 times over 2 night stay not fixed. Bedside light in both rooms not working. Fixed after 2 requests, then not bright enaough Electric plug socket fouled by top of desk unit in double bed room Toilet paper holder by washbasin instead of by toilet. No "do not disturb" sign despite many requests. Good Nespresso machine, but mug too tall to fit! Large balcony, but no table and chairs. Just one old plastic upright chair. Ceiling lights by TV with none over settee, so unable to read from there.

We are a family of four who had an 8 night stay at the Krystal Beach Hotel which we consider to be a five star rating (for a four star hotel). Excellent location with fantastic views over Gordon's Bay. Many great aspects to the hotel to support the five star rating including: the family room was very spacious for the four of us, comfortable bedding for excellent nights sleep, daily cleaning/maid service, friendly staff, healthy and filling daily breakfast, good range of meals and drink at competitive prices prices served in the restaurant, access to a gym and many other positive aspects

Stayed for one night on our way to The Garden Route. Hotel was nice, quite large and modern. The best part was its location. It was right on the marina and so we were able to walk to several restaurant options. Sunset drinks and dinner over the marina was memorable! Hotel itself is clean and very nice. Parking was underground and secure. Overall, a good choice for a quick stopover.

We were staying off season so might be different when busy but hotel and rooms were very clean and breakfast buffet had many different options. Pool facilities were great and never crowded. Staff very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
