Very disappointing on arrival no one was there after me letting them know we would be kate due to ferry crossing. We were told someone would be there to show us our accommodation. We found a guest that was staying there and after several phone calls he managed to get soneone who knew where our units were. Our unit were containers with no venterlation and had to sleep with door open all night. The units were seperate and the children were not sure about staying on there own. The containers were old and rusty and very shabby not the sort of thing we expected to have to pay that much money for. Tha manager did offer to give us a refund and we could move somewhere else but that would have ruined our hoilday further so decided to stay the last night. We will not go back to this property as it was a real downer to our hoilday and not recommend it to anyone. P.S. Be aware that the resturant can be closed at a moments notice or not open at all as we found out and it is to far to go anywhere else of a meal at night.

Not so good if you have to pay for warm water to shower. We were not told upfront and we didnt had money to pay for gas.

A good place to stay great sunset over looking the sea. Very relaxing and comfortable. It’s a remote place hope it will stay untouched. Seeing the light house and those beautiful seals made the kids experience more memorable. Thanks to the owner of Waimeha Camping village for being so helpful and approachable. All the best !
