"The location of this hotel was amazing! Our morning walks on the beach were one of the highlights of our stay. The grounds and landscaping were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request and were incredibly helpful with our travel plans. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay during our trip to Homer. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and genuine friendliness of the entire staff. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return on a future visit!"

"The staff at front desk was always friendly! Called us a cab! The breakfast was always good. Coffee all day and night! Felt safe. Even though our door was not sealed at all! Would definitely stay there again!!"

"The owners were really friendly and helpful. - all the really good tourist info - been to Alaska before? No! Here watch this bear safety video 😁, the best restaurants etc. They even arranged a really really really good deal on a bear viewing / fishing / float plane trip for me. Breakfast was really nice, the morning chats were lovely. If all B&B's were this nice I'd never stay in a hotel again"

"This is a good "brand" type hotel, new and well-appointed and reasonable. With eagles nesting in the parking lot trees. A decent location, close to a supermarket and restaurants, very helpful staff. It also works as a corporate events place but the rates were normal."

"My best stay on my trip so far. This place was amazing and unique... And very reasonably priced... I was happy to have running water and my own bathroom as many places I had stayed at previous do not have those things and they were more expensive. Highly recommend. I will be back!"

"Everything was excellent from the host to the view. Everything was clean and best of all close to town. I enjoyed this stay and the host can tell you all the local hot spots. 10/10 would recommend. It is a shared kitchen with private rooms. The host was so helpful and kind."

"We had an awesome stay in Homer at the Pioneer Inn. The room perfectly suited our needs and Lila & Paula were amazing. Very responsive to questions and checking in to assure our stay was satisfactory. Also, I tweeked my knee, because you know, walking is hard :). They drove me to the medical center to get it checked out, and came back to pick me up afterward. They also helped me to find a knee brace in town. I would definitely stay at the Pioneer Inn when in Homer again."
