"We felt really welcomed and excited when we arrived the person at the front desk really nice and helpful check us in and she offered us parking and charged station for 2 of my Ev cars which I used. She said those spots are exclusively for EV vehicles. Which one spot was a gas vehicle parked at it. Not a big deal, I used one of the stations and plugged my car for over 6 hours and it charge 10% and I paid $17 for it which it isn’t working for me. I decided to go and use a super charger and I come back I used the Ev spot to park my car and at 10am I received a phone call from the manager claiming that someone needed to use the charging station and I needed to move my car and also I didn’t get a parking tag for any of my 2 vehicles ( later on one of the vehicles got a tag from the front desk ).
The way the manager handles the situation was very different and rude. Arguing with me over the phone about moving my car which I did and the front desk lady at the moment seemed really upset over the situation, effectively nobody needed those spots it was just the manager wanting those spots empty and interrupting my stay at the hotel for using a parking spot. Very entitled manager that even doesn’t greet customers. Making us feel unwelcome. I really appreciate the 1st woman who check us in because she was so helpful and respectful but the manager needs to be more respectful and welcoming towards customers."
