"Room was very clean and spacious. It was a little noisy because of other guests during the night and cleaning crew. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were great. Had dinner there once and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant stay"

"Room was okay. I had panoramic ocean front room and I wasn’t really impressed. Keep in mind that cape May hotels aren’t going to be at the status of an ocean front luxury hotel like a Hilton. It was old, but they painted and put cheap flooring to make it acceptable. I went off season, so my room was 150. This room is $600 a night in July and in that case I would have been pissed. Also the mattress was terrible it was actually deformed and when i sat on the edge i sank to the box spring. I would never return in season, but I may return if the oceanfront room dropped to $99 off season. "

"Booked the penthouse condo for my elderly parents as they were in need for a relaxing 2 days after many illnesses. Turned out to be a terrible time as the elevator was broken and I was not notified of this before they arrived and they knew the elevator was going to be out of service. My parents were unable to walk 4 steep floors to reach the room. After missing half a day the elevator gets 'fixed'. The following day the old elevator with the cage doors remains at the top floor because the neighbors forget to send it back down so my parents were stuck again on the bottom floor. Staff felt bad so they gave them a late checkout only for them to get stuck again going to beach returning to hotel at noon since they had a late checkout then key would not work for them to get to room since activation stopped at 11:00."
