"The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the location!!! Trying to get someone to help with Simple things like fixing the damn tv or requesting bedding for the sofa bed which they knew ahead of time I needed was Awful!! The AC would just stop running periodically, which wasn’t too bad cause weather was mid 70’s but the pool was dirty, & FYI not heated so temp was in the low 60’s the whole week. Biggest FYI was they advertise queen size beds but THEY are NOT, I measured, yes I’m that kind of person, if I pay for a queen bed I expect a queen, they literally slapped a queen tag of the mattress “manually,” but when I complained, the lady @ the front desk even said “ with her air quotes” We technically don’t have “Real” queen beds”. Then tell me why I paid more. I’m a big girl & have a medical condition, so size does matter. Lastly they change per day for parking & there is no other options. Now if it was valet, I would have be totally fine with the cost but to just park onsite is crazy. All in all, I would NOT stay again. I was there to relax & decompress, which constantly reminding them about stuff I asked for 2 hours ago & tracking them down is my idea of relaxing."
