Madison Resort Wildwood Crest

8/10 Good

"I had an enjoyable stay at the Madison Resort. It was the perfect get away from NYC. I loved the ease of valet parking and the prompt response from valet service. Shout out to Damone for always being helpful and friendly. They did offer shuttle services to Cape May and Wildwood creek which was a great perk. Spending time around the firepits were a great way to great way to end the night. My only con was the pull out couch. It was extremely uncomfortable. You can feel like springs and there was no support. The sheets were also not comfortable to sleep with. It had a towel like texture which was rough on the skin. Being that I only spent 2 nights I didn’t ask for alternative options. Overall, I would return again."

Ala Moana Motel

"We just wrapped up our second year staying at the Ala Moana and had another amazing trip! We brought my mother-in-law along this time, and she loved it just as much as we do. The location is unbeatable—close enough to the boardwalk for fun, but still quiet and relaxing. It’s perfectly situated for a morning walk to Barry’s Buns or a trip down to the Crest. (Highly recommend Green's Bike Rentals nearby; the staff is incredibly welcoming!) Back at the motel, the centrally located pool is a fantastic spot for both kids and adults to unwind. We’re already looking forward to next year and will be calling soon to hopefully reserve the beach house for the whole family!"

"The room albeit adjacent to the main road was very quiet. The bed was comfy, the shower very good and the room had a big TV although I didn't watch anything as was out and about. Downside was the ice maker was next to my room and was a little noisy at times."

"The rooms were very clean staff was very helpful. The elevators definitely need an upgrade. The owner was not very friendly and I found myself in an awkward position when I was on the phone having a conversation outside of the pool area explaining to a family member where she can meet me to pick up her son who is 2 years old I named the wrong Street however I did provide the correct name of the hotel and then a guy turned around and very rudely said that I was given the wrong address and that outside people are not welcome in this pool you're only able to swim if you are staying at the hotel I explained to him that I am staying in the hotel and that he was listening on a conversation that he really had no business being in he was very rude about it I had no intention on having anybody else come to the hotel to swim at the pool I am aware of the rules of the hotel I really enjoyed the stay there the money of the room was definitely worth it with all of the amenities that the hotel provided but I don't believe that you should get into anybody's conversation when you don't know what's going on and when you turn around and say you were listening to the whole conversation that wasn't your business to begin with you could have turned around and politely said If you're looking for the hotel here's the correct address and just a remgnder unless you're saying in the hotel we do not allow outside people to come in which I completely understand. Regardless I give a high recommendation"
