"There was no coffee maker in the room,. The microwave was in a room down the hall with a washer and dryer. breakfast was continental (nothing we could eat), and couldnt get coffee till 8:00. But good location and on site parking"

"Spent a few days at the Queen Victoria. The staff was very friendly. The location was very good as well. The Victorian detail was very nice throughout. We were not very happy with the room because it was extremely small - the bathroom sink was literally at the foot of the bed. Perhaps that was the room I picked, but I did not realize how tiny it was. The room was on the third floor. It was not a pleasant walk up those flights of stairs as they were very long and steep. None of our group were happy with the breakfast - this was the number one disappointment for everyone in our group. The options were not good, but the staff was very good. On our last day we ended up going to a diner for breakfast so we can have what we wanted. Overall… The location was good and the staff was attentive. However, I would not stay at the Queen Victoria again. Would definitely look for a different option."

"The Grand Hotels was truly grand. It is an older property but it has been well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean and had an oceanview. The front desk were professional, very helpful and all around pleasant to deal with. We will definitely stay there agsin."

"Parking was good just not enough of it undercover. If you had one of the front six rooms, yes, there was a lovely view of the ocean. If you had any of the other rooms in the building, you didn’t say anything that resembled water."

"They were amazing! I had an injury while in Cape May and they were wonderful about changing us to first floor room. The hotel has an amazing history. Would definitely recommend it to everyone."
