"The spa bath didn't work which i wasn't to worried i just had a bath instead but i let the staff know so it could be sorted. The beds are so comfy i don;t want to get out tin the morning.The staff are always helpfull and I let my friends know where to stay if they are in the area."

"It’s a really good safe quiet place to stay if your solar solo female traveller for work. The staff are really nice and always willing to help so I would definitely recommend this to anybody especially someone that wants somewhere quiet and safe and it gets locked up at night so it’s very secure do you have a really good night sleep the rooms are nice and comfortable the one bedroom executives are really good cause they have laundry washing machine and dryer"

"If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown (10 minutes to the CBD) and enjoy a lovely territorial view, this is the place to stay when visiting New Plymouth. We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed our spacious room and quiet surroundings ... you might hear a cow occasionally 'mooing' but that's part of the country side ambiance of One Burgess Hill."

"We arrived just before sunset and we were greeted by a beautiful sunset. Our cabin was on absolute beach frontage so the view was unobstructed. We poured ourselves a glass of wine and sat on the deck having a relaxing evening. The kitchen area had all the necessary items to prepare a meal but all cooking had to be done in the common kitchen, just behind us. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night and the receptionist offered us a favourable discount for the second night."
