"The hotel was amazing, the room too, and everything always really clean. The breakfast is so good, but the staff were for some a bit mean at some times. They talk rude to me three times in the week, and for a 5 stars hotel that’s not correct…"

"The staff cannot do enough for you here. We were treated like VIPs the moment we stepped out the airport and met their driver who is so knowledgable and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. I fell ill on day 2 and they helped get medicine, offered to make me soup or comfort food. Checked in on me too. They were so friendly. It was a hilly 20 min walk up hill on way to Oia but there is a taxi for €20 each way available from the hotel and you can WhatsApp the hotel to send a car back too."

"*Solo traveller Here 👋 Staff was very friendly/ helpful. Felt at home/safe straight away. Communication was great throughout my stay. Beautiful facilities. Main pool has the most stunning views. Very clean room. Breakfast was also great. 20min walk to Oia and restaurants. If you want to see more my TikTok is @leeliasing. Highly recommend staying here. Do not hesitate on booking. Will be back. Thanks again for my lovely stay."

You get a very personalized experience, and we communicated with the reception via WhatsApp—they replied very quickly every time.
