"The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in switching rooms to accommodate our grandchildren on the second night of our stay, they also made the relocation process easy when a bathroom sink was leaking. It was helpful having guest laundry on site when I came down with your typical NE cold and made extending our stay for an additional night seamless. "
