"The staff was very friendly and informative. The resort was very clean. The landscaping outside was done beautifully. The water park was a great size for my 9 year old who is not the greatest swimmer. The game room being open 24 hours was awesome! The only area of improvement is breakfast. I do wish the restaurant was open for "cook to order" breakfasts. My son is a picky eater and it would have been more convenient to eat pancakes or waffles at the resort versus traveking into Downtown Hyannis. The onl "

"Really cute place with great views of the bay! Comfortable bed, nice shower! Some amenities are visibly worn and old but it adds to a homey motel feel! Very walkable and cute lobby with welcoming and accommodating staff! "
