"We had a great time. The bedding was nice. Landscaping is beautiful. Room was clean. We decided to pay more and got ocean view. The seats on balcony are low so you just see the railing. It’s too bad they don’t have taller chairs. The bathtub was actually painted instead of replacing and it was all peeling. Disappointed the hot tub wasn’t working."

"It was lovely. High up on a dune .. giving us a nice view of Cape Cod Bay and shoreline cottages on Rt 6A .. minimal yet airy & spacious feeling .. the King bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony & loved having this option to go outside. Parking was right by our units door. They allow pets which for many is a great option. My only suggestion would be that they put in a longer shower curtain - the shower stall was very big but because the curtain was too short water spilled out onto the bathroom floor."

"Nice room overlooking the private beach. Theoretically dogs not allowed on the beach at all hours, but there were many dogs and ours had great fun running in and out of the water. Excellent breakfast. We had a nice leisurely 3 days and the town is totally dog friendly so we were able to dine outside and have our dog with us. Will return again."

"Perfect little mini resort in Provincetown. Clean room, fun pool and cabana area, and firepit and water sprinklers for the little ones. Right across the street from the harbor but before the crowds on Commercial Street. Friendly staff."
