"All in all, my stay was a good one with zero complaints. The staff was so nice, both at the front desk, and in the restaurant. Very attentive and accommodating!
The location was perfect! Quiet, uncrowded, and easy to get to. It's in North VB so way more residential. I had an ocean view and it was perfect. The property looked pretty decent on the surface but if you looked a little closer, you noticed that it's needs help. (A note about parking...if you park in ground level of the garage, your car will get "ashy" from whatever is sprayed onto the ceiling. I have no idea what it was but I moved my car outside.) I did not feel there was anything of note on the exterior or common areas. All seemed clean and maintained. The journey to the room and elevators were the same. Because the indoor pool is right by this area, if was a little dicey with wet floors but it wasn't super bad.
The room was clean and everything worked well. Here is where you notice the little things. A couple outlets were sketchy...especially the one by the room sink. The furniture was laminate and peeling or warped at the corners and along the side. There was some rusting near the AC unit and the windows/glass door were a bit "foggy". I imagine all these things are are near impossible to keep perfect with salt and sea nearby.
I would definitely go back and stay here! It was affordable, had friendly staff, restaurant on site was what you would expect on pricing, but the food was good and had good portions!"
