As I needed gluten free food the choice was excellent for a buffet style and staff all very well informed. Spa was fabulous. Very convenient for a short walk to the town along the promenade. "Staff and hotel were great. Hotels.com advertise free parking but it cost €19/day. Hotels.com didn't reply on the discrepancy. Lovely beach, two big pools. Hotel was clean, breakfast buffet had a large selection. Staff were all very friendly. Only downside was the parking issue. If the resort had been busier we would have really struggled to find parking. "

"Excellent hotel situated across the road from the lovely Son Mol Beach. Quiet though central location. Impressive hotel room and high end bathroom. We booked half board and the standard of food is very high indeed. Only criticisms in relation to our stay would be that the pool which is such a feature of the Hotel, was not heated (early Nov) though we prefer sea swimming (which was warmer), bottled water was not provided free of charge in the room and we were expected to pay for Nespresso...
