"Had a wonderful stay at the Zelzar Residence. The view is immaculate from the room overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Coastline! The room was clean and secure. The staff provided excellent check-in procedures. Parking can be challenging with the narrow roads and limited access. Strongly encourage to contact the staff for most up-to-date details. Great view from the local café that provides the breakfast. Just a short walk up the road. Highly recommend this stay!!"

"Great stay. Massimo was really helpful. Check-in was easy and he was very welcoming and explained everything well. He offered recommendations of things to do in Salerno and how to visit other ports. We also went to a couple of the food places he suggested which were lovely. He was available by watsapp when needed and replenished the supplies as needed. "Amazing hotel! Clean, good breakfast, nice beach - a little out of the way but the hotel shuttle can drop you off at the train or ferry station which was nice! Overall fantastic experience, would happily come back!"

"We booked a little late into the season so selection of room for our 6 days wasn't great. We had a balcony and beautiful sea view last year. This year we had to make do with a smaller room - rear view and an unusable balcony (too tight to get into and not a great view onto rear of property). Other than that the hotel is really great. It's situated high up and has amazing views onto Vietri town and beach. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We looked forward to a phenomenal breakfast buffet selection every morning - better than many five star hotels. The pool and swim up bar area is exceptional - we spent a good part of our stay in this area on the sun loungers and umbrellas - drinks and good choices were great. The staff are phenomenal - friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a day trip to Capri which we would recommend - earliest ferry out of Vietri Harbour (less than 10 mins taxi ride from hotel) and last ferry back. They also recommended an evening in Ravello last year which we returned to again this year - going a little earlier to spend a little more time there - well worth the drive. Excellent vacation. Thoroughly recommended."

"This hotel was an excellent value in mid June before prices rise for the high season! Beautiful, expansive gardens around the hotel. Lovely breakfast with eggs and bacon, fruit, several pastry options. Easy walk to excellent dining and to the ruins. We walked from the train station and it was gorgeous—sunset across the fields and then the Greek temples, and finally the cute town."
