"We arrived at the property with our children at the agreed check-in time but were unable to access the accommodation. We repeatedly tried to contact the host by phone and through the booking platform, but received no practical assistance or access instructions.
After waiting for several hours, we had to leave because we could not enter the property. The host did not resolve the situation afterwards.
We cannot recommend this accommodation. We are unable to comment on the apartment’s condition...

"This property is a scam. I turned up at the property and the security person said that the flat number did not exist. The vendor also charged me £650 deposit and tried to deduct it daily for next next 4 days. I got my credit card company to refund it and put a merchant block on this.
Expedia support was very slow, robotic support agents with prepared scripts on repeat. Only decent thing was they gave me some cash key as compensation. Overall, a terrible and stressful experience"

"Lovely apartment in a good location away from the really busy part of Salou. Apartment was very clean, nice kitchen area and bathroom. Pool area and gardens were beautiful, well maintained and always had sun loungers available at any time of the day. Highly recommend these apartments."
