"Staff doesnt care at all about the clients. We asked for restaurants advice and also to get the taxi boats. They couldnt care less.
We felt like an ATM machine.
Poor breakfast for 12Eur. Nothing fresh, only old croissants and bread.
Poor food in the restaurant unfortunately because the manager was very nice.
Nice pool although the area needs some upgrade.
Nice room with good AC and shower, though small.

"Lovely hotel only a 5 mins walk from centre.
Everything is well maintained. The pool and surrounding area is very clean with lots of sunbeds. The room was also kept spotless clean by the daily housekeeping. All staff were friendly and quick to be of any assistance. Good wifi. Spacious free car park in hotel grounds."

"Everything very good. Most of staff were very helpful and it was helpful that some spoke English, although we didn't expect that as we were in France and, out of curtesy, we believed that we should attempt speaking French. Activities were free eg. crazy golf, tennis etc. The restaurant on site was for all-inclusive guests only, so we couldn't eat there. Great place to relax and get a tan. Easy parking.
"We’ve stayed at Natureva Spa before and asked for the same room again (initially when we booked a room, and again a couple of weeks before check-in), so we were very happy to find that the hotel had arranged this for us.
We didn’t utilise the spa on 2/F, but we did use the indoor pool, sauna and steam room on 1/F - they were never crowded; the sauna and steam room are open 3pm-8pm, and the pool 9am-9pm.
Breakfast is available for a fee, but we tend to self-cater; the room contains plenty of pots, pans, crockery and utensils, plus dish cloth and tea towel.
The beach is 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and there are 3 small supermarkets in the resort (one each in Heliopolis, Port Nature and Port Arbonne). Various nightlife options, depending on your tastes!"
