"The staff was incredible. Room service was great. The hotel had a very nice vibe, but to me, the highlight was the food. I’ve been to multiple resorts in Cancun and Punta Cana, and Hyatt Zilara by far has the best food."

"We had an amazing stay at this resort , it was very clean , great food and drinks and most importantly wonderful service . Elvis was helping us during our stay , he made a point to find us in the resort everyday to ensure that we didn’t need anything and informed us of any activities happening at the resort. This was hands the down the best vacation we have ever had , we plan to go back to the same resort every year ! "

"Nice little villa with a private pool was amazing. The beach was also really nice. You get a private golf cart for traveling around the resort. Great place with a terrific staff. Take lots of USD $5 and $10 bills for tips."
