"Bar had good selections. Pool was not crowded. Beach was clean. Room was damp, humid but overall good. Service was outstanding. Moises the bell host was excellent. Took good care of us. As well as others were very helpful. "

"We stayed in the preferred section in a bungalow suite. Everything was fantastic. The preferred area at the beach had a lot of space between chairs and was easy to get chairs. I cannot say enough about how amazing the people who work there are! Jesus at breakfast, Angela and Morris on the beach always made sure we had everything we needed. But there was one person who went above and beyond…our butler Ricardo. He treated us like family and took care of everything! We ended up having to visit the hospital, and he went with us and stayed there the whole time…until early morning! He even arranged for the most yummy grilled chicken to be delivered to our room at 2:30am when we got back (kudos to the chef…it was delicious). We always felt safe and well taken care of at the resort! We will definitely be back!"
