"Hotel is average three star very similar to other along the beach. The reception staff are friendly. Breakfast good - lovely bread and fruit but eggs and bacon greasy. Our room was small and dark with no room for cases or bags and only a small space round the bed. It was difficult to open the doors to the balcony as these opened onto the bed and likewise the wardrobe. This was okay for one night but any longer was claustrophobic. Overall everything looked a bit tired."

"Der Besitzer der Unterkunft ist sehr zuvorkommend. Beim Check-In hat er uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Das Apartment an sich ist sehr sauber und relativ modern gewesen. Bei Bedarf lassen sich Handtücher und Bettwäsche für 15€ pro Aufenthalt und Person ausleihen. Die Lage ist auch super. Die Anlage verfügt über einen Privatstrand der direkt vor dem Haus liegt. Ins Zentrum von Caorle braucht man zu Fuß maximal 10 Minuten. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere...

"We stayed for a week at the beach of Caorle at hotel Universal which was very nice. Hotel is run by a wonderful family, they all try to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible; hotel is simple, but in very good condition, clean and quiet. It has a restaurant which we did not use because of limited hours of operation but from what we have heard, the food in the restaurant is excellent. Overall, hotel is very friendly to families with kids, it has a superb pool and offers free bikes...

"Wir waren auf Kurzurlaub da. Die Lage ist gut für alle Betätigungen rund um Caorle. Die Anlage ist sauber, gut gepflegt mit netten Häuschen und ausreichender Poolanlage. Nach Caorle sind es 10 min mit dem Auto. Parkplatz und Strand-Ausstattung ist inbegriffen, das WLAN ist aber schlecht - wer es denn braucht. Appartement-Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig (z.B. Keine Weingläser in Italien!!!)- Eigener Shop und Pizzeria vorhanden. Insgesamt OK."

"Not enough parking, had to park on the street. Staff not so friendly. Advertised as dog friendly but would not agree. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, breakfast room / restaurant, pool.. would be nice to have known this information before booking, as it clearly states dog friendly. Otherwise room was nice and clean."
