"We had a late check-in and drove to the property. Upon arrival, there was nobody at the office. A note on the door provided a number to call. We were not able to make contact with anyone on the phone for 20 minutes. We were finally able to make contact with a representative which took about 10 minutes to check-in via phone and I had to provide my bank information again. The television did not work. The shower was difficult to work. Small room. The wifi password on the door was not the right password (there was an extra letter and my partner figured it out) Room not updated. Other than that, stay was ok. We were barely at the hotel during our time."

"when we got there it was around 7:30 so it was past 8 o’clock so around 9:30 went to take a shower and the hot water heater was not working but by the time we got around to taking showers we couldn’t call the office about it because the office was closed until 8am the next day and even though it got fixed the shower head was messed up and wouldn’t let the full pressure of the water come out then the tv only had 10 channels because it was on cable and it said there was a pool and hot tub well there was a nasty pool and no hot tub I didn’t get ot taken pictures"
