"It was a really great stay, the hotel was super clean and we were really happy with everything. "

"Weird check in. Already in my room and at 9pm my phone was ringing and then. Knock at the door asking if I checked in. Very weird. Comfy bed and good breakfast. "

"Went to crack in and they informed us the pool was closed. Had kids that wanted to swim. Everyone checking in wanted the water slide and it was closed. Everyone went elsewhere. Staff not helpful, lobby looked unkept. Their website states water slide but we heard it has been closed for some time. They shd fix their website. "

"The suites are decent in size. The TVs are old and the size of a large tablet. Hair on the bathroom floor was a recurring issue, even though we stayed in different rooms on different dates. Parking is convenient and easy, with two parking options. The breakfast was basic and not particularly appealing, but I didn’t mind missing it. The only meat option was pork, which is a bit outdated. There were no waffles, and the eggs were unappetizing. There was no cheese either."

"Overall nice but no stopper for bathtub for a bath and hot tub was down but was not mentioned when booking."

"Loading zone was used up by an employee. Had to pay $7 in a parking ramp just to access property to drop of luggage. Then at check in I was suspicious room was even cleaned. Cleaner was finishing vacuuming. I was TOLD the room was cleaned. LIE! Dried urine on floor by master bedroom. Even after they cleaned it had lingering smell, that they knew about. Dirt all over the floors, finger prints every where. Kitchen not wiped down. They came back and did clean some while I was there. Did find a hair in the linens, and they did change. I know happens with washing laundry and static. But I noticed the bed rocked when she was changing sheets. I went downstairs and was told oh I hope that wouldn't be a problem. Seriously?! Why was this room available to book!!!!"
