"The hotel is perfect walking distance to Universal Studios. The hotel was fine, but we were disappointed in some small features of the room: 1. bathrooms do not have fans 2. The windows in the room do not open at all for fresh air. 3. The in room coffee is not good Also, the hotel is undergoing a major remodel, which was not disclosed when we made the reservation."

"Check in to the hotel went smoothly. We parked in the garage and it was easy to find a spot. It was a bit unsettling to see the thick plexiglass at the check in counter but given the current state of affairs it makes sense to protect the staff. Our room was clean and nice. There was a light that was missing a cover and the bathroom was a bit dated but it was fine overall. There was not a breakfast offered in the hotel but there were several places within walking distance to get breakfast which was convenient. We didn’t use any of the other amenities in the hotel so can’t speak to those. The staff was friendly and helpful."
