"Très belle halte dans un village sympathique avec en plus la chance d’assister à la Tirata, la grande fête votive annuelle et un feu d’artifice magnifique "
"The property was clean, gated, and the staff was amazing. They brought up breakfast every morning during our stay. The restaurant recommendations were great and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed our very much. "
"Very (unexpectedly) nice property which appears to be brand new. Modern, very clean room with great air conditioning. Elevator was a great touch. Our 10-year-old was with us and the staff even put out a child-sized robe which was an amazingly thoughtful touch. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, even struggling with English to accommodate us. Safe (free!), on-site parking. Breakfast was delicious with a varied menu. Would definitely stay here again!"
"Hotel is quiet and clean. Close to a bus stop , banks , and restaurants. Staff is very helpful. Eggs can be requested at breakfast. The view from my room and balcony was amazing . I'll be back ! "
"We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. "

"The property was right across from the train station. The staff was exceptional, front and breakfast. The rooms were clean with first quality linens and we could not have had a better two days. Salerno is a great jumping off point for the rest of the Amalfi Coast and we highly recommend The Plaza."
"The hotel was very nice.We stayed with two babies and felt safe and welcome .Even we arrrived at 2 am we were welcomed with a warn smile . Room was big and having 4 beds was a blessing . The breakfast and late checkout were also a blessing . We had the softest and fluffiest croassants one can imagine . In the morning I took my babies out for a stroll and I enjoyed the nice fresh air .We will definitely come back . At departure Sebastian made sure I had a coffee for the road . The stuff is wonderful and pays extreme attention to the needs of the guests. "
"My stay was fantastic! Everything was convenient and easy to navigate. The hotel was located above a large mall with plenty of stores and restaurants, offering different dining options every night. The variety was great, and the food was excellent. I had a really good time and found it very easy to get around Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience."
"The website stated there was an airport shuttle. I called ahead to make sure this was accurate. The woman at the desk confirmed. They sent a taxi(not a shuttle) which we had to pay for when we arrived. I asked about this to which I was told the shuttle had specific hours(not listed on the website) and that outside of those hours, they send a taxi at our expense. We should have been notified of this when we called.
I asked if the shuttle would be available for our return trip in the AM. She said no, it would be a taxi again. At this point we had no choice. I said ok, we would need a taxi at 3am. When we came down for our taxi in the AM, there was a man at the desk who said we didn’t confirm that we needed a taxi so we didn’t have one and he couldn’t call one because everyone was asleep. I asked him repeatedly to please try as we had to catch our international flight he called and said maybe someone would call us back. Finally a taxi service from the airport called and said they could take us but they would charge us from the airport to the hotel and back. At this point we had no choice. So, after paying for the hotel, we also paid an additional 180€ in cab fare. "
