"Foul weather caused our British Airlines flight to divert to the little town of Bari. We were a plane full of holiday travelers just off-loaded at 8 pm and told by BA - here is your luggage, we will leave in 12 hours, good luck finding accommodations for yourself.
Using Expedia I was able to get a room at this hotel pretty quickly. Others in flight not so lucky, hotels were booking up fast as our flight was not the only unexpected aircraft to divert to Bari.

"Our apartment was stunning. It had a great layout providing space for a larger family. Parking was right outside our door on the street and the town has everything you need even a large mall close by. They provide a free laundry service. Give them your dirty clothes they return them washed and folded. The apartment had a private courtyard with outdoor seating. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.
