Good things about the hotel to start with - 1. The hotel is quite new so it feels nice with clean and comfortable rooms, surroundings, etc. 2. walking distance to velsao beach and it's not crowded at al. I visited during long weekend and even then there were hardly few people on the beach. so good for people looking for calm outing at the beach 3. Cozy quiet place. Bad things, lots of :( - 1. Breakfast - Breads, eggs, omellete and juice/tea/coffee and that's it. 2. Housekeeping - No coffee/tea making facility in the room. Room wasn't cleaned the first day, then same bedsheet was put the next day. 3. Owner resides in the resort premises so be prepared to deal with unnecessary arguments with the lady. It had couple of times with me but I had to give up. 4. Poor wifi. 5. No restaurant.
