"This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. "Wir wurden 14 Tage vor Abflug informiert, dass unser Appartement storniert wurde. Alternativ wurde uns ein anderes Appartement von AinB Appartements angeboten. Das war ok für uns. Dieses Appartement war von der Sauberkeit relativ in Ordnung, allerdings wirklich in einem sehr sehr abgewohnten renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. "So me and 3 of my mates ended up booking badalona instead of Barcelona, typical error when you are brainless and basically wanting the sesh, however... The apartment in its self couldn't have been better.... The only problem we personally had was dropping a 300 euro deposit down in case anything broke, but hey ho maybe Alcam should down the price would bring in more sales and people, it's next to the beach many restaurants literally below the apartment, a supermarket a 2 minute walk...

"This was our first family trip to Spain and our family loved the resort. The resort provided all the amenities our family needed, we felt taking care well. It’s so close (walking distance like a five minute walk) to their local three floor shopping mall with a lot more restaurants options. We felt safe and welcoming at the resort. I thank the front desk staff for all their advice (of where to visit locally) and calling us up a taxi and all their assistance. We will definitely comeback again and highly recommend this resort for your family. "
