Once entering our room, I realized we did not have the queen double bed room originally reserved so we addressed this with the front desk and while they were completely sold out, even overbooked, every effort was made to try to correct the reservation. "The only reason why I didn’t give a 5 stars is because when I checked in they asked if I want turn down service and I said yes but nobody came to tidy up the room. I only stayed 3 nights so I didn’t need any more towels than they already provided me and I was able to redo the bed quickly myself but if he asked and I said yes I would have appreciated it to be done.
