"Stayed in the St Honorat Suite for 1 night, could here the guests upstairs at 1am and 7am being noisy, loose floor tiles in bathroom, toilet seat lacquer peeling off seat, there is a difference between rustic and repair, and this hotel clearly needs some TLC. Pool and sunbeds were a nice relaxing area but need your mosquitoe repellent. Receptionist located directly outside of room so all we could here from check in until we went out for dinner was her talking as walls are paper thin. Overpriced...

We had 3 rooms all in one annexe that were well decorated with great facilities. The rotunda room was particularly special. Everything about the hotel worked perfectly for us, including the location. She took care of us during our stay as did Doriane and Elena in the main reception, Christophe at breakfast, Ludovic at the pool. "The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The room, though very small, was decorated tastefully and well equipped. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Don’t go here for the Expedia perks. The arrogant young man at reception informed me that “we don’t honour that” when we checked in. A good portion of the staff share his snooty air unfortunately. The rest seem well trained and professional. "

"This is a lovely setting and was a return trip for us. We stayed 5 nights. Bar Fitzgerald had fabulous live music- piano and vocals by extremely gifted lady pianist.There were a few areas that should be improved compared to our previous stays. Concierge are outstanding- Christopher, Luca, over night desk supervisor on Wednesday nights* ( both years). Others whose names I do not know were great. Shortfalls- bar waite staff. Worked very hard, moved very fast, avoided eye contact often. ...

"Our room was big and the bed was really comfortable. The decor was what I'd describe as "Hollywood glam" -- not at all the shabby chic like it looks in the photo. The bathroom was huge -- probably the biggest one I've seen in France, with a big bathtub for soaking. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area are quite small -- the breakfast area in particular was nice but looked cramped -- it was not an enticing spot for breakfast. The hotel is easy walking distance...
