"Thank you for the experience. Had a wonderful time at Eden spa. So chilled. Just what I needed. Wishing I’d spent more time at the spa. Wonderful. 9/10 The only low point was the elevator and a fire alarm went off while I was relaxing so every stressful and a counter zen moment. However, all Staff were so friendly and kind I forgot it in an hour. I actually really liked this hotel and will be going back again. "

"The property is not maintaied properly. The shower cubical drain was almost blocked. Water passed very slowly. The microwave which was given first was broken, but when I complained, they changed it immediately. The lock of the property was bad. Sometimes the lock won't open and you have to remove the key and start again. The main corridor was very dark. There was no sensor which will switch on the light, you have to switch it on manually. It was very difficult to find out the switch in the dark. Otherwise the accomodation was nice, room was quite big . "
