"Our room was a loft room with two beds on the main floor and a bed in the loft. Room had ample storage plus small kitchenette, supplied with dishes, pots, and pans to make your own meals. This particular property also had numerous lifts to assist you in acquiring your particular floor or laundry area. It did take some time to learn the correct lifts to obtain the correct floors or services. This is due to the unique historical design of this renovated monastery attached to a beautiful church chapel. The location of this property is ideal for access to the major Vaporetto/water bus stops to access all that Venezia has the offer located close to F’dte Nove. could not ask for a better location or facility at this price range. The complimentary breakfast had many choices and options and was excellent. When I return, I will book this facility again:"

"Excellent location. Unfortunately the pictures are not up to date. The place communicates but not in a timely manner. We needed the shower and the toilet fixed upon arrival. I would suggest there is a checklistbefore eaxh guests arrives to make sure things are in working order. "

"Great location, reasonable breakfast, friendly staff and large rooms however run down facilities, chipping paint, a/c not sufficiently cooling (warm rooms), broken fixtures, outdated tacky furnishings (think 80s) … definitely not a 4 star … more like a 2 star … think Days Inn or a shabbier Comfort Inn and nowhere close to a Hampton In or Residence Inn not even a Springfield. Absolutely not worth the money. "

"Incredible room complete with hammam, gym and multiple bathrooms. Staff were incredible, in spite of this obviously being one of the must visit places on St Marco, the property felt exclusive and quiet. The design touches and attention to detail were incredible. "

"Lovely location and beautiful rooms. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The only negative was a smell that emanated from our shower drain that permeated the bathroom. We managed to contain it to the bathroom but it was not pleasant at all!"
