I wasn't able to get in the apartment as the key didn't work and they had no way to help or answer phone call it was 9:30 -10:00 pm . It is not in a quite safe neighborhood. I had to make arrangements in another hotel and they didn't refund the amount or didn't even bother to ensure that the guest were safe or taken care off.
