"The appartment is great - roomy, well equipped, baroque - and in a good location. I had read some comments about the place being in a not-so-good condition. Nah, not true. Well maintained, super clean. Is it brand new? No, there are scratches here and there. But it's in far better condition than any of our homes, and than most hotels. Go there, you'll remember the place."

"Property was large enough for 2 families in a quiet section of Venice. Canal views were a plus. Only negative was that the apartment was up 2 large flights of stairs. Full kitchen was awesome!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely terrible experience. I came with a friend for a weekend getaway only to find out we had no hot water in the building. We thought at first maybe it was on a timer which is why it didn't work the first night. The following morning the water was still not heating up. The woman who had given us the keys the night before was very kind and came over with the plumber who found that there was a broken piece which could not be replaced until days after our departure. "Unfortunately, communication wasn’t clear at times. If traveling with a lot a luggage take a water bus … there are a lot of small bridges and stairs. I checked in at the hotel, left my bags there to get my mom and my glasses were stolen. When I asked if they had found anything, of course they said no. Other than that things were fine. "
