"Beautifully located on the edge of Canmore. Staff and service was amazing and the room was clean, organized with everything you could need! Small fridge, microwave for leftovers, all dishes and essential utensils...and a dishwasher to help with cleanup! A short walk to explore the treasures and views in the town of Canmore and only a 23 minute drive to Banff. The mountain view hot tub is a must! We will be back!"

"Parking is very cramped, only one elevator which is very slow, confusing design means they have to give you a map to find your way around. Badly in need of renovation, due to peeling wallpaper, mould in bathroom, carpet very dingy. Booked a room with mountain view, which was 80% obstructed by huge tree. I'm glad it was only one night, wouldn't have wanted to stay longer."

"Cheap rates relative to the area, there’s a reason though. It’s certainly due for a refresh, the beds were not the most comfortable, a room with a Queen and Twin only had two shower towels. The Hot Tub room was way to hot, had to of been over 100 degrees, so within 5 mins you’re cooked. Ok spot if you want to crash overnight in Canmore without putting a big dent in the wallet. "

"A quaint inn with the most accommodating and friendly staff you could ask for. The in house Pub food is excellent! From huge portioned breakfasts done your way to awesome soups and lunch fare to all the traditional English pub delights one of which was a beer battered fish and chips to die for!!! The manager and staff go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Conveniently located and within walking distance of many local features! We will stay here on our next trip enjoying the warm atmosphere! PS for anyone with sensitivities to chemical cleaning linens you won’t find that here. Freshly cleaned linens that feel and smell pleasant but not overwhelming! "

"Check in was odd, bit of a contentious conversation regarding our platinum status and whether that entitled us to any upgrades/perks. Was informed that we had been moved to a clean room as opposed to a dirty one, and that was an “upgrade”…and that we tried to check in early and that was an issue. Check in time was 4pm, we arrived at 3:50pm. Was then told any upgrades had to be asked for in advance, which has never been our experience as Expedia Platinum members. Seemed more like excuses than explanations, but tha was the only real issue. Spa was fantastic, restaurants were excellent, staff in spa and restaurants were excellent, room was comfortable minus a terrible showerhead. Will definitely return, as it all felt like good value for price, and even on a busy Saturday afternoon, we had a relaxing and enjoyable time. "
